CA B Shivananda Pai founded B Shivananda Pai & Co on 28th February 1995 with a clear vision and a deep-rooted dream of providing reliable and high-quality financial expertise to individuals and businesses.
Beginning as a modest professional practice, the firm has over the last 3 decades steadily grown and blossomed into a well-established organisation comprising over 50 professionals, including Chartered Accountants, corporate financial advisors, and tax consultants, serving a diverse and expanding client base.
He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1995 and brings with him extensive experience in audit, taxation, litigation support, and advisory services, including wealth management. Over the years, he has advised clients across a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
He served on the Managing Committee of the Mangalore Branch of the Southern India Regional Council of ICAI from 2015 to 2019 in various capacities, including as Chairman during the year 2018–2019, and contributed actively to the growth and development of the Branch.
Beyond his professional practice, he is a committed supporter of Indian cultural heritage, education, and rural development.
